Turn an event plan into a clear timeline

Enter the start time, activity names, and whole-minute durations, then build the timeline. For a target end time, state whether it falls on the next day.

Data stays in this page and is cleared when you leave. Drafts are not saved. Initial loading still requires the site files.

Enter a target time to enable this choice.

24-hour ASCII HH:MM, such as 09:00. Neither 9:00 nor 24:00 is accepted.

Activity order

1 / 60

Keep activities in order. Each lasts 1–720 whole minutes; the full timeline can be at most 1440 minutes. A break is an activity too.

Up to 60 activities; keep at least one.

Add a start time and at least one activity.

Plain text report

After building, you can select the text to copy it manually. TXT uses UTF-8 without a BOM. Rebuild after editing.

Each click downloads one report. Up to 8 downloads can be active; their resources are released after 60 seconds.

How to use

Enter a start time, activity names, and whole-minute durations. Notes are optional. Use Move up and Move down to change the order, then select Build timeline. Any edit immediately clears the previous result.

No calendar dates, time zones, daylight-saving rules, or reminders are used. Changing language leaves this page and clears the data. A clipboard write already accepted by the browser cannot be recalled. You and your browser manage the clipboard and downloaded files.
